Sex Abuse Lawsuits: Process & Timeline

The process of coming forward with claim against the state of Washington or government entity for childhood sexual abuse is not a quick process well there are so many things that are great about our Civil Justice System speed is not one of them and so when someone decides that they are ready to come forward with their story that’s the first step in a road that can take quite a bit of time after you come forward the natural and to a lawsuit of course is a trial before a jury and a judge but more often than not and I’m talking a very high percentage of cases settled long before that.
