Biography Overview
Meg’s interest in the law was sparked by environmental catastrophes resulting from the acts or omissions of corporate entities. She decided to pursue law school after witnessing the difference that lawyers could make in remedying environmental harm and aiding those individuals harmed by their surroundings.
Meg entered private practice at a civil litigation firm specializing in insurance coverage and litigation of first and third-party disputes. This opportunity inspired her to be a voice for those injured by the negligent acts of others. Meg selected personal injury practice to go to bat against insurance companies and big corporations on behalf of her clients. Today, she is honored to bring dignity to the losses and lives of mesothelioma victims.
Meg earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma and attended Lewis & Clark Law School, where she graduated cum laude. During law school, she was a teaching assistant in the legal writing department, and she also worked with the Honorable Chief Judge Marco A. Hernández in the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon.
Outside the office, Meg enjoys backcountry skiing, long distance running, and mountaineering.
